Dee: What does she say?
Emily: Well, she says you're overreacting and worry too much as usual.
Dee: Hey!
Emily: She also says she "only cut herself one time", so.
Dee (indignant, outraged): WHAT!! Oh my god she's such a liar! I have seen them several times, and I know the difference between old and fresh wounds!!!
Dee (pausing to think): ... maybe she didn't realise that I saw...
Emily: Where-
Emily (catching herself): nevermind. She really doesn't want to talk to me about it, does she.
Dee: She doesn't want to talk to anyone.
Emily: She talks to you, though.
Dee: Not really. We mostly watch TV.
Emily: Oh. Well I don't know what to do.
Dee: Me neither. I'm sorry.
Emily: ... I guess I'll write her another letter. I forgot to mention the movie at all.
