(Emily stares in some surprise at the floor where Dee has vanished.)
Emily:
Huh.
(Dee re-emerges, but only the top of his head and one arm, with which he closes Emily's laptop.)
Emily: Heh heh heh
FOR SOME REASON I HADN'T THOUGHT ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT THOSE PICTURES. THEN I THOUGHT ABOUT IT.
(Emily frowns, struck by the thought.)
(She waits, pensive, with her laptop still closed and Dee still vanished under the floor.)
(He pops back up again.)
Emily (putting the laptop to one side): Dee, did I cross a line? I'm sorry...
Dee (still mostly submerged, resting his crossed arms on the floor): No, you didn't really... It's a historical art motif... and it's all there on the internet... And I already looked it all up... It's just embarrassing that it's there. Especially since you're a -
(He stops, embarrassed again, and sinks out of sight again.)
